Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Thermaduct® is seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day facility operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, grounds keeping and who takes ownership of keeping a facility in working order. Thermaduct® is a leading manufacturer of pre-insulated HVAC duct systems, supporting commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. Our Napoleon facility plays a key role in order processing and distribution, and we rely on dependable, hands-on team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general facility maintenance, including light electrical, mechanical, plumbing work and grounds keeping as well as assisting at times when inventory truckloads need to be unloaded. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems as issues arise Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Assist with facility upkeep, including minor repairs, adjustments, and improvements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Coordinate with management on maintenance priorities and facility needs

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience in general maintenance (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks throughout the day Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Why Work at
