Seeking a 2nd and 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join the team in Napoleon, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of equipment in our state-of-the-art 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. Maintenance Technician:

Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment. Perform fabrication of parts/equipment. Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action. Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairs Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within the maintenance management software (CMMS) Position Requirements of the

Maintenance Technician:

Five years of demonstrated competency in industrial maintenance Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience Working knowledge PLCs preferred Basic knowledge of robotics a plus Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Effective communication and problem solving skills
