Maintenance Technician - 2nd
Shift Position Summary:
Hanline Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance on the machines utilized for daily production, along with general building needs.
Responsibilities:
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, flexible 2nd shift hours, overtime and weekends as needed. Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Complete Preventative Maintenance Tasks as assigned. Diagnose problems using root cause analysis tools, Diagnostic equipment and observation skills. Safely Execute repairs on machinery in a timely fashion, using hand tools, power tools etc. Assist in identifying and implementing upgrades and modifications that improve safety, efficiency and production. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies by checking stock and notifying manager. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with Company procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with OSHA and food safety Guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial maintenance role. Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours per day Must be able to work minimum of 40+hours per week Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, and boilers
