$22-30/hr with weekly pay Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across manufacturing and facilities environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and schematic reading skills, and welding, Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operation. Machine maintenance with a little building and golf cart maintenance Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Will be changing out motors and troubleshooting issues within the machines. Will be working with some electrical wiring motors and such. Nothing above 480 volts. Will be switching out relays and such. Maybe some PLC work but mostly troubleshooting issues with the cutters, laminators, sealers, mixers etc Conduct welding repairs or modifications as needed to maintain equipment integrity. Preventive maintenance on machines and building Will be working with relays and wiring machines Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and facilities maintenance practices. Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals effectively. Skilled in welding techniques for repairs or fabrication tasks.
