Job Description

Role snapshot Hands-on, plant-wide maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic disciplines. You'll keep production assets and facility systems running, improve reliability, and support equipment installs and relocations. Core scope Install, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, move, and maintain diverse production and facilities equipment, buildings, and systems using mechanical, electrical, welding, pipefitting, and machining skills.
Service complex systems and components:
motors, pumps, piping, conveyors, furnaces, exhaust systems, chillers, boilers, extruders, chemical tanks, production machinery, and instrumentation. Plan and execute machinery installations and equipment moves to accommodate layout changes. Perform rigging, moving, erecting, aligning, and making hookups to return machinery to operating condition. Conduct preventive maintenance from minor service to full teardown/rebuild, including lubrication, calibration, and precision adjustments. Must-have qualifications High School Diploma or
GED. 3-5
years of journeyman-level production maintenance experience covering mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, and machining. Own hand tools and toolbox. Current Forklift Operator certification or ability to complete required training. Knowledge, skills, and abilities Broad knowledge of electronics, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, machining, and mechanical theory. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent computer proficiency, effective multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail.

background supporting an industrial fluid application facility.

Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
