What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities, grounds, and equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Your work will include:
✅ Plumbing repairs and maintenance ✅ Electrical troubleshooting and repairs ✅ HVAC and building systems maintenance ✅ Carpentry and general building repairs ✅ Grounds support, snow removal, and equipment upkeep ✅ Preventive maintenance and system inspections No two days are the same. You'll use your technical skills, troubleshooting ability, and hands-on experience to keep our campus running smoothly. What We're Looking For 8+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades experience Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems preferred Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Valid driver's license Why Join Us?
