Job Description Maintenance Technician - Foundry Operations (3rd Shift OWW)

Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our foundry operations on 3rd Shift. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (110V-480V) and install conduit.

Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical equipment.

Install and maintain gas, air, copper, stainless steel, PVC, and chemical piping systems.

Perform basic welding, carpentry, painting, masonry, and HVAC repairs.

Support plant utility and vacuum systems.

Train and assist less experienced maintenance team members.

Follow all safety procedures and properly handle hazardous waste.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.

Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Foundry or heavy manufacturing maintenance experience required.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to climb and work at varying heights.

Technical or vocational training preferred.
