Job Description
Job Overview - 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold high standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hands-on problem solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. We are looking for a maintenance technician - a "self-starter,", and an expert trouble-shooter/repair tech. Primary duties include troubleshooting and repairing production machinery inclduing electrical, material handling equipment, and other building systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair is a plus. Candidate has to have a great work ethic, and excellent ability to work well on his own, with little supervision. Pay rate based on previous experience. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong mechanical background. Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits, wiring, motors, sensors, and PLCs. We are not looking to train someone (Must pass a basic electrical evaluation). Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for accurate troubleshooting. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively.
Pay:
$38.00 - $42.00 per hourBenefits:
