!!!! Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will perform maintenance tasks on production equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment according to schedule. Assist with general electrical wiring, basic equipment troubleshooting and repair, basic carpentry, plumbing and masonry as directed. Assist with movement of equipment within the facility. Assist with movement of hazardous waste (flammable) from satellite accumulation area to holding cage as required. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Basic Electrical Wiring Basic Carpentry Basic Plumbing Preventative Maintenance on Plant Equipment Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair Experience & Education Must have a flexible schedule to allow for outside training Various physical requirements including climbing and lifting Must be able to operate a forklift truck Basic knowledge of tools Good mechanical aptitude Injection Molding Machine experience a plus Excellent attendance record Willing to work overtime when required Required Skills Experience with any of the following: Electrical (up to 460v AC) Electrical blueprints & schematics PLC's VFD's Motor Controls HVAC Hydraulics Hydraulic blueprints & line diagrams Fanuc Robots Carpentry Plumbing Masonry Welding Shift 12-hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

maintenance mechanic: 3 years (Preferred) mechanical and electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
