• Job Title:

  Maintenance Technician
• Mancan is working with a company in Eastlake looking for a maintenance tech mon-fri 8-4pm with 3 paid 20 min breaks pay based on experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Metal fabrication skills: fitting, welding, cutting
• Electrical expertise up to 480v 3 phase
• PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings
• Proficiency in metalworking tools

• Responsibilities:

• Fabricate electrical/mechanical components
• Interpret technical drawings accurately
• Perform systematic equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

• Electrical Tasks:

• Install/repair electrical systems and components
• Diagnose/replace malfunctioning equipment
• Wire bending/installation for machine control
• Troubleshoot machine controls using PLC

• Mechanical Tasks:

• Repair/maintain pneumatic/hydraulic components
• Replace damaged parts and pipes
• Align/adjust machine components for optimal function
• Use metalworking tools for repairs
• Test and ensure proper functionality of repairs/installations
