Job Description
Position Summary The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving building systems and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role requires a strong background in general maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and facility repairs. The successful candidate will monitor office and facility buildings for existing or potential problems and perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and operational standards.
