- two years of prior successful work experience in a building trade; and/or the equivalent of 600 hours Vocational/Technical education in a related building trade field. BMM II
- three years of prior successful work experience in a building trade; and/or the equivalent of 600 hours Vocational/Technical education in a related building trade field plus one year of prior successful work experience in a building trade. BMM III
- four years of prior successful work experience in a building trade; and/or the equivalent of 600 hours Vocational/Technical education in a related building trade field plus two years of prior successful work experience in a building trade.
