Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing fences for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience in carpentry, the use of power tools, and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark the location of fences on the property
• Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment
• Install fence posts securely in the ground
• Assemble fence panels or pickets according to specifications
• Attach fence panels to posts using nails, screws, or other fasteners
• Cut and shape materials to fit around obstacles or uneven terrain
• Ensure fences are level and properly aligned
• Repair or replace damaged fences as needed
• Clean up work area and dispose of debris

Experience:

• Previous experience in fence installation or related carpentry work is preferred
• Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
• Ability to weld or work with metal materials is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools and their proper use
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
• Knowledge of concrete forming techniques for fence post installation is beneficial
