Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general building maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
• Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
• Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and customers
