Job Description
- Description
Primary Maintenance Technician Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- + Troubleshoot, install, maintain and repair defective parts, machinery and mechanical equipment such as paper bag machines and equipment, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, physical structures, plumbing, hydraulic and automated systems + Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, aligning components and observing operations, vibrations and noise level + Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, mill, welder, grinder and other metal working tools to make and repair parts.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- + Experience/knowledge in mechanical troubleshooting, welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, pneumatics, confined space and mobile equipment + Ability to problem-solve and prioritize work + Ability to work with minimum supervision + Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices + Ability to bend, squat and kneel, and climb frequently + Ability to lift average weighted materials, 50 lbs.
- The hiring process for successful candidates will include a team interview and may include a pre-employment aptitude test.
