Job Title Maintenance Technician Location Canby, OR Pay Earn up to $45.77/hr. through our structured wage progression, with built-in increases twice per year. • up to 4% of annual pay Retirement contribution & 401k with match Fitness reimbursement program Free employee battery program Employee referral bonus program Career growth and advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic Work with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.

) Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals Operate shop machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.) as needed Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not required Commitment to teamwork and safety Additional Information Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check and, where applicable, a drug screen.
