What You'll Do Install a variety of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, and agricultural fencing. Measure, lay out, and mark fence lines according to project specifications. Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment. Set fence posts in concrete and ensure proper alignment. Cut, assemble, and install fence panels, rails, gates, and hardware. Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites. Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely. Read basic plans, drawings, and work orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous fence installation, construction, landscaping, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to safely use common construction hand and power tools. Experience operating equipment such as skid steers or augers is a plus. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and attendance. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods. Ability to safely operate tools and equipment while maintaining attention to detail. #1951
