The Role:
Our site in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
What You'll Do:
Maintain equipment to maximize equipment safety, uptime, reliability, quality, sustainability, and cost savings Develop innovative solutions to equipment performance issues within prescribed change control requirements Support equipment-related continuous improvement Support equipment and facilities upgrades
What We Seek:
Hands-on technical aptitude and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment-related systems Ability to develop documents such as maintenance work instructions, procedure manuals, and safety instructions Flexibility in acceptance of assignments and ability to deal effectively with changes in priorities Strong aptitude for collaboration and communication Safety commitment / advocacy PACE values (People and Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation, and Dedication to Excellence) Quality mindset Desired Major(s) &
Graduation Year:
Mechanical Engineering, 2027
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation:
