This position is ideal for candidates with experience in general maintenance work, have good work ethic and willingness to work on a team, and enjoy traveling to different locations to work hands-on doing standard maintenance ''handyman'' work.

Work Schedule :

M-F, 8am-5pm; occasional weekends may be required.

Pay :

$28.00 - $32.00 / per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform construction or repairs to commercial buildings. Duties include carpentry; drywall finishing or repairs; installation of sheet rock; taping; mudding; texturing; light patching and painting. Perform painting for commercial sites. Duties include prepping area, light patch work, painting and finishing; use of rollers and brushes, or occasionally sprayers. Able to drive specialty trucks, such as dump trucks, pressure washing trucks, boom trucks, pulling and or towing trailers etc. Comfortable with replacing plumbing fixtures, clearing drains and other light plumbing activities Experienced with simple commercial electrical work, wiring, troubleshooting, and installations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

5-10 years' experience working as a maintenance tech or construction related field. Ability to problem-solve quickly with accuracy. Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a Driver History (DMV) check. Must be able to effectively carry out all of the essential job duties.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
