We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and safely — someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and supporting a team that truly cares about its work and each other. What You'll Do Maintain and repair buildings, greenhouses, irrigation systems, equipment, and grounds Troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues to minimize downtime Support greenhouse environments including lighting, heating, cooling, irrigation, and controllers Maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities and grounds Respond to facility emergencies and restore normal operations Coordinate maintenance projects with other departments Operate tractors, forklifts, loaders, and potting machinery Pick up supplies from vendors as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of maintenance or facilities experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record Fluent in English or Spanish and conversant in the other (bilingual preferred) Nursery, agricultural, or greenhouse experience is a plus but not required.
