Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is vital in ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. As a leader in maintenance management, you will supervise a team of technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and implement proactive strategies to minimize downtime. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, and facilities management will drive operational excellence and uphold safety standards across the plant. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and safety compliance Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical (including high voltage and low voltage systems), and pneumatic systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, and facility improvements Ensure adherence to safety protocols by conducting regular inspections of electrical panels, high voltage areas, and machinery to prevent hazards Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by scheduling maintenance activities efficiently without disrupting operations Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with industry standards Experience Proven supervisory experience leading a maintenance team within an industrial or manufacturing setting Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage systems using schematics and testing tools like ohmmeters Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC systems, and facilities management principles Demonstrated project management skills for handling equipment upgrades or facility projects from planning through execution Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage areas, and general industrial environments Join us as a Lead Maintenance Technician to make a tangible impact on our manufacturing operations!
