Job Description

If you have no past history of fencing we will not be looking at your resume. To successfully install all types of fencing in an accurate and timely manner. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently or with another team member. To participate as a team member to achieve optimal business functions and customer relations. To have a commitment to excellence, integrity, accountability and treat every employee and customer with courtesy and respect.
  • Knowledge of Vinyl, Chain Link, wood, Aluminum, Ranch, Farm and Ornamental Iron fence installation.
  • Verify that all parts, materials and tools needed for project installation are on vehicle before leaving shop.
  • Measure and lay out fence lines and mark postholes positions by following shop drawings, blueprints or specifications.
  • Align posts using lines or by sighting and verify vertical alignment of posts.
  • Understand markings and follow requirements for underground utility safety prior to digging.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of operating various hand and power tools.
  • Perform job site cleanup at the conclusion of an installation.
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools, and vehicle.
  • Any and all other duties as may be assigned by management.
  • Knowledge of carpentry tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry 60lbs or more
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with hauling trailers and backing up trucks with a trailer.
  • Must be positive team player with a "can-do" attitude and treat other team members with respect.
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driver record
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Acceptable back ground history
  • Ability to work overtime, to include weekends when needed
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$25.00 - $34.00 per hour
