You'll:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential garage door systems and openers Install new garage doors, operators, and related hardware Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues Test and adjust safety systems for proper operation Recommend repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on each customer's needs Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations and outstanding customer service Promote financing options and service memberships when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized job site and fully stocked service vehicle Complete accurate service documentation, invoices, and work orders Participate in ongoing technical training and weekly team meetings Grow Beyond Garage Doors One of the unique advantages of this position is the opportunity to cross-train in residential HVAC service .
