Ardmore, PA Job Overview Summit Swimming Pools Inc is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Senior Technician to lead the charge on high-level service and installation projects for both residential pool and spa systems. This is not an entry-level position—we're searching for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills who can mentor others, take ownership of complex service tasks, and ensure quality standards are consistently exceeded. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and installation of swimming pool and spa systems, including pumps, heaters, automation systems, filtration, and lighting. Serve as the technical lead on job sites, mentoring junior technicians and apprentices. Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, materials, and customer updates to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct final inspections and system checks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle customer communications with professionalism, offering technical insights and recommendations. Maintain detailed service records using a company-provided tablet and software tools. Stay current with evolving technologies and attend manufacturer trainings and certifications. Uphold safety practices at all times, including proper PPE use and adherence to OSHA standards. Qualifications Extensive experience in pool and spa system maintenance, repair, and installation (residential & commercial preferred). Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues with filtration, automation, gas/electric heating, and water chemistry systems. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others effectively. Technically adept and comfortable using mobile software and digital reporting tools. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high-quality work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
