What You'll Do Perform general building maintenance and repairs Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs Inspect the building and grounds for maintenance needs Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Help keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and organized Support safety inspections and preventive maintenance tasks Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff What You'll Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Previous maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues Ability to follow safety procedures Ability to lift, carry, and complete physical job duties Why Join Us?
