About the

Role:

As a CBRE Material Handling Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and the corrective repair of the automated packing and distribution equipment. This job is part of the Material Handling job function. They are responsible for the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts.

What You'll Do:

Assist with technical and safety training. Participate in and support efficiency improvement Kaizen activities for the site and network when needed. Adhere to department business plans and budgets. Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance. Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems. Check the functionality of safety systems. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
