6:30am•3:00pm We're supporting our client, a leading material manufacturer based in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania , who are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on role focused on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and plant reliability , with clear opportunities for progression based on performance. Must Haves Authorisation to live and work in the USA High School Diploma or GED Ability to understand electrical schematics Hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) What You'll Do Maintain and repair production and facility equipment including slitters, sewing machines, presses, forklifts, and internally developed machinery Perform total productive maintenance (TPM) on key equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues to support efficient daily operations Conduct regular plant inspections to ensure safe operating conditions Order tooling, parts, and consumables required for maintenance activities Coordinate with third‑party contractors for out‑of‑scope or specialist work Complete open maintenance actions in a timely and organised manner Record completed work and assist with maintenance documentation and inventory Communicate equipment issues, progress, and completed work with management What You Bring 2+ years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred) Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and understand electrical schematics Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills Good communication skills and a positive, hands‑on attitude Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance Why Join?
