Position Details:
Complete all assigned work orders professionally and promptly, as directed by the immediate supervisor, to maintain Merakey properties. Perform necessary repairs on Merakey properties, including electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. Conduct general maintenance repairs and ongoing monthly upkeep. Repair and maintain walls, ceiling tiles, and paint as needed. Handle desk and furniture repairs. Perform lock repairs and maintenance. Earn $22.00/hour in this position with the option of an additional $2/hour with the selection of enhanced pay.
