Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is a Fortune 500 manufacturer with over 16,000 employees across the U.S. What You'll Be Doing As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you'll work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance

Working closely with production and other maintenance team members

Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs No one expects you to know everything-PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.

What We're Looking For Required:

2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills

Ability to work assigned shift 2nd

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Starting salary for position: $30.37

Bonus:

• Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Paid Vacation:

2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays.
