OVERVIEW

Perform daily maintenance tasks, including equipment preventive/predictive maintenance, inspections, and facility maintenance and lead special projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(other duties may be assigned) 1. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance checks and repairs on common area equipment and building components. 2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures on common area equipment and building components. 3. Participate in special projects to ensure completion in a timely manner 4. Perform general maintenance duties for facilities and grounds. 5. Follow all safety practices 6. Assist members of the maintenance team with any projects as needed. 7. Assist Sanitation Team with cleaning tasks that involve significant equipment disassembly or lifting equipment.
