About the Role We're hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment communities in Collegeville, PA. You'll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full‑time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair Perform routine and preventive maintenance Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in (turns/make‑readies) Assist with inspections and follow‑up repairs Respond to emergency on‑call situations (rotating schedule) Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks Provide great customer service to residents What You Bring 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Valid driver's license + reliable transportation HVAC certification a plus (not required) Compensation & Benefits $20-$24/hr (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + holidays Tuition reimbursement Stable full‑time schedule Growth opportunities within the company Apply Today If you're a reliable maintenance professional looking for steady work, a strong team, and room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
