Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment Diagnosing equipment issues and completing repairs Repairing or replacing motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and other components Installing and removing equipment as needed Conducting equipment inspections and identifying opportunities for improvement Ordering parts and supporting maintenance projects Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards Supporting continuous improvement efforts that increase equipment reliability and production efficiency What We're Looking For Successful candidates are: Mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting equipment Able to work independently and as part of a team Committed to safety, quality, and reliability Eager to learn and expand their technical skills Dependable and motivated to solve problems Industrial maintenance experience is preferred. Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems is a plus. Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, lifting, and working around industrial equipment. Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment.
