What You'll Be Doing Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents Perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related repairs Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently Respond to resident service requests and provide excellent customer service Conduct preventative maintenance to keep properties running smoothly Work with a supportive maintenance team to maintain safe and comfortable communities ? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
