Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary equipment. Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime. Analyze and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems to perform repairs. Dismantle machines and equipment for inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance. Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment conforms to safety regulations. Communicate daily issues and information to supervisors and other employees as needed. Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing Environment. Previous Tube Manufacturing experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
