Overview We are seeking a semi-skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be capable of performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and maintain equipment while providing excellent customer service. Have knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical is a plus. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Able to clean and maintain Ptac units. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical , plumbing, HVAC, Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance activities. Coordinate work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repair of automated systems. Operate small hand tools Provide exceptional customer service promptly and effectively when issues arise Able to mow, trim and weed areas as needed Computer friendly (able to train on line to meet standards) Skills Proficient in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal..
