This role will support the Clubhouse operation by keeping up with routine maintenance and problem solving emergencies. Responsibilities:

• Be a contributing member of The Hamilton Club staff, providing service to the Clubhouse typically Monday through Friday.
• Ability to use standard tools associated with MEP.
• Strict adherence to all OSHA safety guidelines.
• A willingness to always go above and beyond by responding to emergencies and working overtime as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized personal and workspace; well groomed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of general trade skills
• High level of organization, responsibility, and professionalism
• Self starter / self motivator
• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Valid PA driver's license
• Available to work standard shifts, flexible shifts are possible.
• Willingness and ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
• Be a clear communicator with Managers, Kitchen, and Dining room personnel.
