Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Day Shift 5am - 3pm | Monday-Friday We're looking for a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our building, equipment, and facility systems running safely and efficiently. This role involves inspecting equipment, performing general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall upkeep of the facility. Open to more entry level candidates with basic building maintenance or construction experience. Willing to pay more depending on years of experience and skill level! What You'll Do Inspect facility equipment, machines, and building areas for needed repairs Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Perform general building repairs (painting, drywall, doors, fixtures, etc.) Complete routine maintenance on building systems Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Order and restock supplies and materials Assist other facility departments as needed Follow all safety procedures and request training when needed Work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays based on operational needs What You Bring Experience or strong interest in facility maintenance Ability to troubleshoot equipment and building systems Basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC‑related repair skills Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals Strong attention to safety and willingness to learn Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the day Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude Nice to Have Openness to cross‑training in multiple maintenance and construction‑related areas Ability to work independently once trained Comfort working with paints, adhesives, and similar materials Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
