Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll report to our Director of Maintenance and Engineering and play a key role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance. You'll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and support other team members to keep our production lines rolling.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Start machines and observe mechanical/electrical operation to determine efficiency and detect problems Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance Inspect or test damaged machine parts and mark defective areas for repair Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment Inventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished Record repair and machine maintenance information Communicate effectively with teammates Share knowledge and train others
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Maintenance:
3 years (Required) Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Required) Proficient with Allen Bradley Studio Suite, Siemens, or other software platforms Can manipulate Ladder Logics Lift, push and pull up to 55 lbs. repeatedly; Stand and/or walk regularly for entire shift.
