Camilla Hall is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Mechanic. The hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The position requires On Call based on a rotating schedule, which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for general maintenance and mechanical work to ensure the facility building, equipment, supplies, rooms, and its property are maintained and in good, working order at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follows established policies and procedures of the Maintenance Department. Assists with facility repairs and mechanical work. Performs routine preventive maintenance on all equipment. Accesses the automated work order system (Asset Essentials) to schedule maintenance requests from all departments in the facility. Repairs facility walls, rooms, floors, doors, as needed and directed. Performs general painting. Maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical equipment. Performs plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, flush valves, faucets, drains, and drain lines. Assists with carpentry repairs such as repair cabinets, doors, framework, or other wooden structures. Assists with maintaining all essential systems such as fire protection system, service boilers and HVAC system.
