A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
8A-5P M-F Overview Our client is seeking a Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technician to support API/manufacturing equipment and general facility maintenance at their Malvern, PA site. The technician will join a small facilities team and will be hands-on with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installs across production and building systems. Responsibilities Perform routine service, repairs, and maintenance on motors, mixing equipment, production machinery, and related systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns. Execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Requirements Experience with pharmaceutical industrial maintenance. Experience maintaining a building, troubleshooting problems (determine if electrical or mechanical issue). HSD/GED required.
