Job Description

Hotel Maintenance Technician We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's rooms, common areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Inspect guest rooms and public areas and address maintenance issues promptly. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, lights, outlets, switches, and other basic equipment. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repair work. Respond to guest maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems. Assist with pool maintenance and water testing as needed. Maintain and organize maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Report major equipment problems or safety concerns to management. Assist with emergency maintenance situations when necessary. Follow hotel safety procedures and applicable regulations. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous hotel, building, apartment, or general maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Ability to troubleshoot and identify maintenance problems. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Good communication and customer-service skills. Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed. Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies. Must maintain a professional and respectful attitude with guests and coworkers.

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
