Fix daily tenant repair requests (plumbing leaks, clogged drains, appliance issues, and electrical switches) quickly and professionally.

Unit Turns:

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by painting, repairing drywall, and changing fixtures.

Emergency On-Call:

Participate in an after-hours on-call emergency rotation for urgent property issues. Qualifications & Skills Experience in residential or apartment property maintenance. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. HVAC troubleshooting experience or certification is a strong plus. Friendly attitude and great communication skills when helping residents. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Job Type Full-Time, 40 Hours a week
