Contacts and coordinates repairs with vendors Perform routine custodial duties in the building including but not limited to cleaning latrines, stripping and waxing floors, emptying trash, and restocking paper products and cleaning supplies Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as changing oil, checking tires, belts, hoses, etc. Maintain all related grounds keeping equipment including mowers, weed eaters, rakes, snow removal equipment, etc. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and testing of the standby generators Maintain records of purchases, work orders, and time schedules Keep maintenance records / requisitions/ etc. Inspect all fine equipment monthly and record results Possess availability on call after hours for non-emergency and emergency maintenance situations Assess needs and advises appropriate manager of non-routine or major repairs or problems Support the Abraxas philosophy and mission and promote the Seven Key Principles of care Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Patient ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Positive ✔ Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Certification / Licensure and experience in assigned maintenance field (ex: Automotive, HVAC, Masonry), preferred
