We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, repairs, handyman work, cleaning, janitorial services, grounds maintenance, and outdoor property upkeep. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is comfortable working both inside and outside and can help maintain the facility and grounds throughout the year. Building Maintenance & Repairs Perform general building maintenance and repairs Complete basic handyman repairs and projects Inspect the facility and identify maintenance and repair needs Perform drywall repairs, patching, and minor wall repairs Painting and general touch-up work Basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, sinks, faucets, and minor leaks Basic electrical knowledge and minor electrical maintenance within qualifications Repair and maintain doors, locks, handles, fixtures, furniture, and other building items Assist with general HVAC maintenance and identify heating and cooling issues Perform seasonal building maintenance and winterizing Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the facility Cleaning & Janitorial Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties Clean and maintain bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust Empty trash and maintain clean common areas Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Restock cleaning and bathroom supplies as needed Outdoor Property & Grounds Maintenance Perform general grounds and property maintenance Mow grass and maintain lawns and landscaped areas Weed, trim, and maintain outdoor areas Remove leaves, branches, debris, and other yard waste Pick up and properly dispose of trash throughout the property Assist with general excavation and digging projects as needed Perform basic outdoor repairs and property upkeep Operate and maintain lawn and grounds equipment Assist with preparing the property for seasonal changes Perform snow removal, including plowing, shoveling, and salting Assist with winterizing the property and preparing outdoor areas for winter Help maintain driveways, walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor spaces Keep the property clean, safe, and presentable year-round
