Pool & Spa Service Technician Easy Pool and Spa - Poconos Region $15 to $25 per hour based on experience Part-time Position with opportunity to grow into full-time + benefits Easy Pool and Spa is hiring a Pool & Spa Service Technician to service residential and short-term rental properties throughout the Poconos region . We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently. This role involves maintaining hot tubs and pools, balancing water chemistry, cleaning systems, inspecting equipment, and identifying service or repair needs. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. If you show up, learn fast, work hard, and take pride in doing things right, we can teach the technical side. This is a strong fit for someone who likes hands-on work, enjoys being out in the field, and wants a role with room to grow. What You'll Be Doing Service residential and short-term rental hot tubs and pools throughout the Poconos Test and balance water chemistry Clean spas and pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, debris removal, and filter cleaning Perform drain and fills as needed Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, control systems, and related equipment Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform light repair work when qualified Document work performed, water readings, notes, and follow-up recommendations Communicate clearly with management and represent the company professionally at client properties Assist with seasonal service work, openings, closings, and specialty maintenance as needed What We Need Reliable and punctual Available on Holidays, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Mechanically inclined and able to learn service systems quickly Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift equipment and perform physical work throughout the day Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Weekend and holiday availability is especially important Schedule Part-time to start: 8 to 16 hours per week Opportunity to grow into full-time with benefits for right person at right time Availability needed on assigned days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Weekend and holiday availability is required Pay & Perks $15 to $25 per hour depending on relevant experience Opportunity for growth into a full-time position when open Work with a growing company that values accountability, professionalism, and quality service Who This Job Is For This job is for someone who wants real responsibility, not someone looking to coast.
