Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services (Window Cleaning & Christmas lights), and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships, making them an essential part of our business development efforts. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in designated areas. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Perform outbound calling to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts. Leverage CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in product development. Skills Proven experience in D2D sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. Excellent negotiation abilities to facilitate successful sales transactions. Experience in inside sales, technical sales, or business development is a plus. Ability to engage in warm calling techniques to nurture leads effectively. A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to direct sales efforts.
