Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks including general repairs, light plumbing, painting, carpentry, and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes pride in their work, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties Troubleshoot and fix basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs Patch drywall, paint, replace flooring, and perform light carpentry work Communicate clearly with clients and team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete work orders and document services performed

Qualifications:
