Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites; maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage. Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger construction or renovation efforts as needed for Crawl Space Pros. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, o Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for complex mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with dehumidifier appliance installation and maintenance across various settings including heavy equipment. Ability to operate construction tools and perform basic carpentry or structural repairs when necessary. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely; familiarity with maintenance operations in diverse environments is preferred. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or lead small teams on maintenance projects.
