Inside sales assistant

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales assistant will call on Automobile dealers with the expectation of developing profitable new business with prospects while maintaining and servicing existing customers. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Cultivate, prospect, maintain, and grow client base Communicate weekly promotions to clients Via calls, emails, and texts Manage Social Media accounts Assist Territory reps with business needs while they are in respective areas. Develop new business by working through contacts and referrals defining opportunity Increase consignment from current customers. Quickly build strong relationships with contacts at all levels, especially with decision makers. Develop quotations and contract proposals that are responsive to customer's needs Understand and keep up to date on the competitive environment and provide market intelligence to sales to help shape strategies. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. Actively participate in sales meetings to define opportunity and celebrate successes. Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.
