Full Job Description Experienced Pool & Spa Service Technician Location:

Full-Time We're a growing, locally owned pool and spa service company looking for an experienced Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our team. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want an opportunity to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial pools and spas. Test, balance, and adjust pool and spa water chemistry. Clean pools, spas, filters, skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and equipment. Inspect pool and spa equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs. Troubleshoot common equipment issues and report repair recommendations. Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service. Maintain accurate service records using mobile software. Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications Previous professional pool and/or spa service experience required. Strong knowledge of pool and spa water chemistry, circulation systems, and equipment. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Experience using Skimmer pool service software is a plus.
